To start with the basics, we left our room at 8am and came back at 3pm and not only had the room still not been cleaned, they didn’t replenish the water bottles, nor change the shower gel that was already almost empty since day 1, also the coffee machine was not working. My boyfriend and I have been planning this trip 6 months ahead, we paid almost €2k just for 2 nights with the magic pass extra plus. Honestly there’s not a single reason you should stay in this hotel other than the artwork, if been surrounded by marvel visuals is not enough for you to spend tons of money on accommodation, then you should do yourself a favor and stay at the Newport Bay instead, you would even do better at one of the 3 star hotels in the area. …įirst time ever in Disney, expected it to be magical and instead turned into a disappointment. I can’t recommend a stay here enough, especially if you are marvel fans and we’d love to visit again in the future. We only visited once as kids are older teenagers but young kids might like to visit multiple times. We didn’t visit the pool as were too busy in the parks but we took a quick look on our last morning and wished we had used it, it was beautiful and there were only 3 people in it! You can book the superhero station at the hotel if you stay there and you get free photos to download plus you can take loads of your own, if you book this for the first day, once you’ve been you can book again for the next day and so on as different characters each time. The downtown restaurant was by far the best food we had during the whole trip, we also had drinks in the skyline bar one evening & the staff in there were so nice, joking and making us all laugh. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap are provided & replenished if running low. There was a decent size fridge which we kept water and cans of drink for taking to the park each day and lavazza coffee machine which you get fresh pods for daily. The room was lovely, we only had a standard room but it was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The theming of the hotel is brilliant, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2023 and it was absolutely amazing.
